Summary: As a Senior Manager – Salesforce Technical Architect, you will lead large, complex Salesforce transformation programs with a focus on delivering scalable, high-performance architectures. You will drive platform modernization, GenAI integration, and multi-cloud strategy across industries. Your typical day will involve working with the Salesforce platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices
Define end-to-end architecture across Salesforce Clouds, MuleSoft, Heroku, and integrations with external systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Provide thought leadership in platform scalability, security, performance, and reusability
Architect and review GenAI-powered solutions leveraging Salesforce Einstein, Copilot, Agentforce, and MCP
Drive adoption of AI-assisted delivery tools across the SDLC
Serve as Technical Sponsor on major engagements review and sign off on technical solutions
Represent the organization in client-facing discussions, steering committees, and architecture reviews
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and standards
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce technology, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage
Professional & Technical Skills:-
Must Have Skills:
Large-scale system architecture, Data modeling, CI/CD, Governance
Experience in AI based tools to accelerate delivery
Excellent communication, client-facing, and leadership presence
Expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and standards
Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration
Certifications Required:
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred
Salesforce System Architect & Application Architect – Mandatory
GenAI Foundation/Advanced (Salesforce/External) – Preferred
Additional Information:-
18+ years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture
15 years full time education is required
