Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills : System Monitoring Tools & Techniques
Good to have skills : AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform)
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
1.Install, configure, and maintain Checkmk servers and agents across Linux, Windows, and network devices.
2.Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, views, and notifications for various stakeholders.
3.Customize Checkmk checks using plug-ins, scripts, or local checks to support business-specific requirements.
4.Integrate Checkmk with other tools such as Grafana,ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
5.Create and manage thresholds, alert rules, and contact groups.
6.Monitor network devices, Windows/Linux servers, databases, web applications.
7.Optimize performance and reduce false positives in monitoring alerts.
8.Provide detailed monitoring documentation, runbooks, and training guides.
