Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, developing customized software components, and refining applications to enhance functionality and user experience. Attention to detail and adaptability are essential as priorities may shift based on business demands and technological advancements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience in customizing and extending Salesforce platforms to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with integration methods and tools to connect Salesforce with other systems.
- Understanding of best practices in software development lifecycle and version control.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
