Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across various applications. You will engage in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance, ensuring that the systems operate smoothly and efficiently to meet user requirements and expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the configuration and support of packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business needs.
- Engage in performance testing and optimization to ensure system stability and efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and management.
- Experience with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for packaged applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
