Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills : Ansible on Microsoft Azure
Good to have skills : Linux Operations
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering continuous technical assistance and upkeep for both production and development environments. This role requires managing and supporting configured services across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth operation within established processes and models. The practitioner addresses hardware and software issues at the operating system level, spanning server and network components, while providing remote and onsite support. Daily activities include handling first and second level troubleshooting tasks, resolving technical challenges, and maintaining system stability to support business operations effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of technology solutions.
- Document technical procedures and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux Operations.
- Strong understanding of automation and configuration management principles.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems and network components.
- Experience in managing and maintaining server environments and software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
