Project Role Description : Architect large language models (LLM) that can process and generate natural language. Design neural network parameters, trained on large quantities of unlabeled text data.

Summary:
Own the platform roadmap — prioritize across the three SDK surfaces, balance foundational engineering investment against domain team delivery pressure, and communicate roadmap decisions to engineering leads and senior business stakeholders
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define and continuously improve the developer experience of the platform SDK — documentation standards, onboarding flows, reference implementations, and feedback loops with domain teams
- Manage the intake and prioritization process as corporate function teams begin building agents on the platform be the interface between domain teams and platform engineering
- Lead the two-person Enablement sub-team (developer advocate and technical writer) set the standard for platform documentation and self-service onboarding
- Track and report on platform adoption metrics — which domains are onboarded, how many agents are in production, what friction points are blocking adoption
- Partner with the Lead Architect on SDK design decisions that affect developer experience push back when technical decisions create unnecessary friction for platform consumers
