Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from user interfaces to backend services. The role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This position emphasizes delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by applying modern technologies and adopting a cloud-first, agile approach. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and continuously improve system performance is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SnapLogic.
- Experience in designing and developing scalable end-to-end solutions using SnapLogic integration platform.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines and integration workflows.
- Familiarity with API design, development, and management within SnapLogic environments.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SnapLogic.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
