As a Technology Operations Support Practitioner, a typical day involves ensuring the integrity and governance of various systems by adhering to established best practices for service delivery. The role includes developing, deploying, and supporting infrastructure and technology initiatives while aligning with architectural standards and operational procedures. Collaboration with teams to maintain seamless operations and continuous improvement of service quality forms a core part of daily activities, ensuring that technology environments remain robust and reliable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure optimal operation and availability.
- Document processes and configurations to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- Experience with managing virtualized environments and ensuring high availability.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure deployment and operational support.
- Ability to implement and maintain governance policies for system integrity.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning in virtualized settings.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex virtualization issues and providing effective solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
