Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements. You will engage with various stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. Your role will also require you to adapt to changing project requirements and manage resources to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Strong understanding of data architecture and data modeling.
- Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
