Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored applications that align with specific business processes and requirements. Your role includes analyzing existing workflows, proposing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications developed effectively support organizational goals. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application features and contribute to the overall project planning and execution, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the business environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of application design specifications.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve application performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Experience with cloud-based application platforms and services.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to work with integration technologies and APIs to connect various business systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
