Project Role Description : Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision.

Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves engaging deeply with client organizations to uncover opportunities that drive measurable business value. This role requires leading comprehensive assessments of the current operational state and collaborating with stakeholders to capture high-level customer needs. The Business Architect then shapes the necessary business solutions and frameworks to address these needs effectively. Additionally, the role includes crafting detailed business cases that support the realization of strategic visions, ensuring alignment between business goals and practical implementation pathways. This position demands a proactive approach to understanding complex business environments and fostering innovative solutions that support client success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to inform business architecture decisions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that justify investments and strategic initiatives.
- Experience in mapping business requirements to technology solutions to ensure effective implementation.
- Capability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments and contribute to team success.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
