Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining complete system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. The work environment encourages a cloud-first approach and embraces agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and adaptability to meet evolving business challenges effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of new technologies to improve system performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of backend development, including database management and API design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Experience working within agile development environments and continuous integration pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
