Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that the architectural framework supports current and future business needs, while collaborating with various stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals. The Technology Architect continuously evaluates emerging technologies and integrates them thoughtfully to enhance system robustness and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions that meet complex business requirements.
- Experience in evaluating and integrating emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities and efficiency.
- Ability to develop and enforce architectural standards, frameworks, and governance processes.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive architectural decisions and resolve technical challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- Equivalent education is required.
