As a Financial Planning and Analysis Representative, a typical day involves closely monitoring organizational performance and conducting strategic evaluations to identify areas requiring attention. This role includes analyzing financial and operational data to detect discrepancies or inefficiencies and collaborating with various teams to address these concerns. The position demands a proactive approach to support decision-making processes that enhance the overall financial well-being and sustainability of the organization. Engaging in continuous assessment and providing insights to guide management actions are key aspects of daily responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for comprehensive financial evaluations.
- Assist in preparing detailed reports that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on financial analysis techniques.
- Continuously monitor financial trends and market conditions to anticipate potential impacts on organizational performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Financial Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning activities.
- Familiarity with financial modeling techniques and tools to evaluate business scenarios.
- Ability to use spreadsheet software and financial systems for data manipulation and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present financial information to diverse audiences.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
