Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational processes and objectives. Your role includes analyzing requirements, contributing to application architecture, and ensuring that the developed applications effectively support business operations. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine project goals and work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products that meet evolving business demands.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure smooth delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align project deliverables with business expectations and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions within cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable code.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
