Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of projects and client satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- 8–12+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend architecture roles.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Architect, Lead Designer, or Design System Owner.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Interface Development, Microsoft Front End Development (FED) NextJS, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Front End Development (FED) NextJS, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML).
-Must have Bootstrap (layout systems, theming, component customization) , Tailwind CSS (utility-first architecture, design tokens, responsive strategies), Mantine (React component architecture, theming, hooks) experience
- Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with component-based architecture and reusable UI elements.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to optimize user interfaces for performance and accessibility.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Interface Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
