Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to meet evolving operational challenges and opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to gather insights and align business objectives with process improvements.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding of project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on best practices and process design methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Store Inventory Operation.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Business Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable process documentation.
- Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to drive consensus and achieve project milestones.
- Familiarity with process modeling tools and techniques to visualize workflows and system interactions.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
