Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the required specifications. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive the project forward while maintaining clear communication with all involved teams. The engineer acts as the central figure in managing the technical aspects of the software, ensuring seamless integration and functionality throughout the development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React JS, Spring Boot, Restful API, Microservices.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as React JS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with back-end frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.
- Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
