Project Role Description : Instrumental in keeping technology talent market relevant, by upskilling and cross skilling them. Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

Summary:
As a Technology Educator, a typical day involves actively engaging with learners to enhance their technological capabilities and ensure their skills remain aligned with current industry demands. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive foundational training across various technology domains, fostering professional growth, and supporting career development. The educator also dedicates time to designing and refining course materials, developing assessment tools, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain the relevance and quality of educational content. Through continuous interaction with learners and teams, the role plays a vital part in shaping a skilled and adaptable technology workforce.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to enhance training methodologies and learning experiences.
- Mentor junior educators and support their professional development.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to update and improve course content.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and their application within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs tailored to diverse learner needs.
- Ability to develop assessment tools and certification questions that accurately measure learner competencies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content aligns with industry standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
