Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the progress of substantial and multifaceted technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. This role requires coordinating with various sponsors to effectively manage project scope and mitigate risks. The individual actively drives the success and profitability of projects by maintaining high standards of service quality and controlling costs. Additionally, the role includes fostering innovation and excellence in delivery to support business growth and client satisfaction, while leading teams to achieve project milestones and organizational objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of technology delivery activities to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and project efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Continuously evaluate project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project stability and success.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Good To Have Skills: Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong knowledge of validation lifecycle processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience in managing validation documentation and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective validation strategies.
- Skilled in coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams to align validation activities with project goals.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
