This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with strategic objectives and operational requirements, fostering a robust and adaptable technology environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance architectural frameworks.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance IT service management solutions.
- In-depth understanding of IT service workflows, incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of IT service management solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
