Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve team efficiency and effectiveness through innovative approaches.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Web Testing.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Selenium.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes related to web applications.
- Ability to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects to resolution.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Web Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
