As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around steering the evolution of testing practices into a seamless and efficient quality engineering operation. You focus on enhancing the overall testing lifecycle by integrating advanced processes, tools, and methodologies that elevate control, precision, and data integrity. Your role involves fostering innovation in testing strategies, driving the adoption of automation, and implementing intelligent solutions that anticipate and address quality challenges proactively. Collaboration and leadership are central as you guide teams toward continuous improvement and excellence in quality delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in quality engineering and automation across projects.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing objectives with overall project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop predictive testing strategies.
- Familiarity with quality engineering tools and methodologies to improve testing efficiency.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure seamless quality processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
