Summary:
As an Analytics Practitioner, your day involves transforming complex data into meaningful business insights through predictive statistical modeling. You will engage in analyzing client, market, and performance data to support informed decision-making. Your role includes applying analytical techniques and tools to uncover trends and patterns that drive strategic business outcomes, collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable intelligence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics efforts with business objectives.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging analytical methodologies and tools to enhance project outcomes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on analytical approaches.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Strong skills in data integration, transformation, and pipeline development within cloud-based environments.
- Experience in building and optimizing scalable data models and workflows.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleansing and validation.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation to streamline data processing tasks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
