Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business process and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translating those needs into functional software solutions. The engineer collaborates with different teams to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and support efficient business operations. Throughout the day, the engineer balances technical development with problem-solving and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality software products that enhance business workflows.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support team growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced,Uipath.
- Experience in designing and developing automated workflows using robotic process automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize automation processes.
- Familiarity with integrating robotic process automation solutions with various business applications.
- Ability to document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Experience in testing and validating automated processes to ensure reliability and performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
