Custom Software Engineering Lead
Project Role Description : Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives.

SAP WM Functional Consultant
Experience
Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM), excluding experience in other SAP areas.
At least two end to end SAP WM implementation projects, including strong exposure to support and maintenance environments.
Core Functional Skills
Strong understanding of warehouse business processes and transaction codes, across:
Goods Receipt & Putaway
Goods removal and putaway strategies (precise working knowledge)
Goods Issue & Picking (Movement types and IM-WM config)
Internal Warehouse Movements
Physical Inventory (WM)
Inventory Management (IM) processes
Transfer order scenarios (split criteria scenarios)
RF solution and screen setup
Printer configuration
WM-PP integration and process flow.
Ability to analyze business requirements, map them to SAP WM solutions, and propose process improvements.
Technical & Documentation Skills
Experience in creating Functional Specifications (FS) for custom developments.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams (ABAP/Integration) to deliver custom enhancements.
Skilled in defining, planning, and executing test scenarios for WM/IM processes, including integration and interface testing.
Support & Maintenance
Prior experience working in application maintenance/support environments.
Familiarity with ticketing tools such as:
SAP Solution Manager
BMC Remedy
Azure DevOps
HPQC / ALM
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve day to day operational issues within agreed SLAs.
Integration Knowledge
Good working knowledge of WM integration with:
MM (Materials Management)
PP (Production Planning)
SD (Sales & Distribution)
Understanding of end to end supply chain and logistics data flows.
Additional Preferred Skills
Experience or exposure to SAP S/4HANA Logistics, including delta changes from ECC to S/4 (Project experience if applicable).
Domain knowledge in Automotive or similar manufacturing industries.
Overall functional understanding of cross module SAP integration
SAP EWM (Transaction codes and changes in SAP WM Vs EWM).
