Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires continuous interaction with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions. The developer actively participates in refining application features, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that the software aligns with organizational goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect, fostering an environment where innovative solutions are crafted to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of application enhancements to improve business workflows.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and software development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
