Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that are both compatible with existing infrastructure and aligned with organizational goals. Collaboration with different teams to maintain seamless operations and address any issues promptly is also a key part of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain up-to-date knowledge bases for reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must have knowledge on Murex OpenConnect
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong understanding of application integration and configuration management.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
