As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, while continuously monitoring the scalability and performance of the software being developed. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience with front-end and back-end integration and development.
- Ability to implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and troubleshooting in complex software systems.
- Skilled in collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
