Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the organization's structure and workflows to understand how various processes and systems interact. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and its alignment with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs and expectations of customers, envisioning improved future states or business solutions, and conducting detailed research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with different stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business environment is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align business processes with organizational goals and technology capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS), SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, SAP FI CO Finance.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ability to design and document business processes and workflows effectively.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools to support project execution and delivery.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
