Utilizing modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, the engineer focuses on enhancing system performance and reliability while adapting to changing project priorities and delivering high-quality software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Good To Have Skills: Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Python (Programming Language), Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience with designing and implementing data pipelines and workflows.
- Strong knowledge of data storage, retrieval, and transformation techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing.
- Ability to optimize data processing for performance and scalability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
