Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the system or application. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality by utilizing excellent communication to ensure seamless operation of advanced systems. The practitioner carefully identifies client issues and applies thorough understanding of the product to develop effective solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout daily interactions and problem resolution processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve team workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Strong knowledge of system deployment, patch management, and software distribution using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application and system issues.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and address potential problems.
- Familiarity with endpoint security configurations and compliance management.
- Skilled in scripting and automation to streamline configuration and maintenance tasks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
