Summary:
As a Siebel Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions. You will drive discussions around transformation and the customer journey, ensuring that functional and application designs align with business requirements. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in shaping the integration landscape and delivering value to clients through innovative solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Oracle Siebel SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration processes.
Professional & Technical Skills: -
Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI).
- Experience with integration patterns and best practices.
- Strong understanding of API management and service-oriented architecture.
- Familiarity with data mapping and transformation techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15-year full time education is required.
