Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with stakeholders to align technical solutions with project goals, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout the software development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and project quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong understanding of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and optimize production scheduling.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within SAP production planning systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP PP and other enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
