Project Role Description : Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary:
As a Business Architect, your day involves exploring and identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization. You will assess the existing business environment, gather and document high-level requirements, and design effective business solutions. Your role includes translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, you will support organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions align with organizational objectives.
- Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on business architecture practices.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative approaches for business transformation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vue.js.
- Experience in designing and implementing user interfaces using Vue.js frameworks.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management in Vue.js applications.
- Ability to integrate Vue.js with backend services and APIs to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Familiarity with front-end development tools and version control systems to support collaborative development.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles to ensure applications function well across various devices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Vue.js.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
