Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on meeting unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software performance and functionality, contributing to the overall success of the project and organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and update documentation to support software development and deployment processes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software components to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Security.
- Experience with identity and access management concepts and implementation.
- Knowledge of database security principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and risk management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues within software applications.
- Strong understanding of encryption techniques and secure coding practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Security.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
