In the role of Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the ethical deployment and management of artificial intelligence technologies within the organization. This includes designing and implementing solutions that prioritize responsible AI practices, ensuring alignment with ethical standards and compliance with relevant regulations. The role requires fostering collaboration across various teams to promote the adoption of ethical AI principles and providing leadership that guides the organization s AI initiatives towards trustworthy and transparent outcomes. The position demands continuous engagement with stakeholders to balance innovation with accountability in AI applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to integrate ethical considerations into AI project lifecycles and workflows.
- Champion awareness and training programs to promote responsible AI practices throughout the organization.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their understanding and application of responsible AI principles.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions with a focus on ethical and responsible AI frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to artificial intelligence.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making within complex AI project environments.
- Excellent communication skills to advocate for responsible AI adoption and influence organizational culture.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
