Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active involvement in setting standards for code quality, scalability, and system performance, while fostering collaboration among team members to deliver solutions that align with business needs. The lead also continuously monitors progress and adapts strategies to maintain alignment with evolving project requirements and objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize business processes within software solutions.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed decisions that impact project outcomes.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Process Analysis Tools.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
