DevOps Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:
As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing and implementing new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes. This role requires setting up and maintaining continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines to streamline workflows. The engineer collaborates with various teams to ensure that the systems are robust, secure, and scalable. They also focus on integrating cloud technologies and container orchestration to enhance operational efficiency. Monitoring and improving the infrastructure to prevent security vulnerabilities is a key part of daily activities, ensuring smooth and secure software releases.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in continuous integration and deployment to improve development cycles.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align infrastructure with organizational goals and security standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration platforms and their integration within CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with security best practices in software development and deployment environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize build and deployment processes for efficiency and reliability.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud architecture
Experience in designing, deploying, and operating scalable and secure cloud infrastructures
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines supporting automated build, test, and deployment processes
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
Solid understanding and application of DevOps principles
Experience ensuring high reliability, scalability, and security of cloud platforms
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
