Summary:
As a Technology Educator, a typical day involves actively engaging with technology professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they remain current with evolving industry trends. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive foundational training across various technology domains, professional growth, and industry-relevant content. The position also includes contributing to the development of educational materials and assessment tools, fostering a learning environment that supports continuous improvement and cross-functional expertise within the technology community.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to identify skill gaps and design targeted training programs to address them.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to promote best practices and innovation.
- Support junior professionals by mentoring and guiding their development within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Architecture Design.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, principles, and best practices related to architecture design.
- Experience in designing secure systems and infrastructure to protect organizational assets.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and mitigation strategies within security architecture.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Security Architecture Design.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
