In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality code, optimizing system scalability, and aligning technical solutions with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive project success and continuous improvement is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to establish and maintain best practices in software development and architecture.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance project outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), API Management, Program Control Services.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), API Management, Program Control Services.
- Strong knowledge of custom software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software solutions.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance to development teams.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and managing APIs within enterprise environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
