Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, your day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. You will focus on creating neural network architectures that efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. Your role includes conceptualizing model parameters and ensuring the models are scalable and effective for various natural language processing applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align model capabilities with project goals is a key part of your daily activities, alongside continuous evaluation and refinement of model performance to meet evolving requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative language model architectures to address complex challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions involving large language models.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model frameworks and tools.
- Ability to evaluate model performance and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Knowledge of scalable computing environments to support large model training and deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
