Project Role Description : Designs, builds, tests, and deploys cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. Can deploy infrastructure and platform environments, creates a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security and performance.
Must have skills : Microsoft Azure Security
Good to have skills : Network Security Implementation, Network Security Operations, Network Security Management

Summary:
As a Cloud network Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud-based application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes testing and deploying these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer develops proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of the proposed designs, focusing on optimizing system reliability and operational efficiency across diverse environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of cloud infrastructure with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Security Network.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices within cloud environments.
- Ability to design and validate cloud architecture for performance and security.
- Familiarity with integration of cloud and on-premises systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex cloud platform issues.
Deploy and configure Network Security Perimeter (NSP) for a set of Azure Service. Perform Traffic Analysis
Deploy and configure VNet/Subnet, Private Endpoint for Cloud service with public exposure. Configure Firewall rules, DNS records
Must have hands-on Azure cloud engineering in an enterprise environment, and must possess expertise on core Azure networking
Strong IaC experience in production at scale - Terraform
Must have Terraform, Azure VNet & hub-spoke, Azure Private Endpoints, Private DNS Zones, Azure Policy, SAFe delivery
Good to have: Azure Network Security Perimeter, Azure Resource Graph, AZ-700, AZ-500 certified
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Security.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
