As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between the client and thSummary:
Responsible for day-to-day execution and support of device provisioning, OS deployment, Intune device management, and incident handling while adhering to ITIL processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute Windows OS deployment using OSD tools (Autopilot).
Execute Windows/macOS OS deployment using OSD tools (SCCM/MDT/Autopilot).
Manage Intune device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments.
Apply OS patches, security updates, driver updates, and firmware updates across endpoints.
Identify and remediate vulnerabilities in devices as per IT security guidelines.
Implement and maintain automation scripts for routine deployments, updates, and compliance checks.
Monitor and resolve L1/L2 incidents related to OSD, Intune, and endpoint management.
Maintain accurate CMDB records for all managed devices.
Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Experience with MECM/Intune.
Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash).
Knowledge of device drivers, firmware, and OS imaging processes.
Understanding of ITIL framework and service management processes.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Capability to work with remote support tools and maintain detailed incident records.
