Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Document software designs, processes, and updates to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Experience with data processing and transformation techniques to prepare data for analysis.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work with various data sources and integrate analytics into software solutions.
- Effective problem-solving skills to address technical challenges in software development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
