Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. The position also includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent business requirements, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively address organizational goals. The role demands a thoughtful approach to process improvement and a commitment to facilitating seamless integration between business objectives and technological advancements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) In SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS)
Collaborate with multiple teams and participate in key decision-making, taking ownership of team-level outcomes.
Lead workshops and meetings to collect requirements and gather stakeholder feedback.
Prepare technical documentation including mappings, transformations, and job design.
Develop and manage BODS jobs, workflows, and dataflows for data integration and migration
Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS)
Hands-on experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data migration
Strong SQL skills and experience with databases (SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server)
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling , IDOCs, BAPI, RFC, or SLT replication
Experience in designing jobs, workflows, dataflows, and transformations (Query, Merge, Validation, etc.)
SAP BODS certification or SAP Data Services certification, along with experience in the Automotive industry and exposure to Agentic AI, will be considered an added advantage
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
