Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle to create seamless and efficient solutions. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, ensuring that the delivered products meet client needs and enhance service quality. Embracing a cloud-first and agile methodology, the workday is dynamic, focused on innovation and problem-solving to address complex business challenges effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve development processes and product quality.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high coding standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development including RESTful APIs and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
