Summary:
As an Analytics Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging deeply with data to uncover meaningful business insights through predictive statistical modeling. The role requires analyzing client, market, and key performance data to support and enhance decision-making processes. This position involves continuous interaction with analytical tools and techniques to refine models and provide actionable intelligence that drives strategic business outcomes. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver impactful insights is a key aspect of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Continuously monitor and validate data models to ensure accuracy and relevance to business needs.
- Assist in documenting analytical processes and methodologies to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and architecture.
- Experience in writing complex queries and optimizing performance in Snowflake environments.
- Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes related to cloud data platforms.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data transformation and cleansing.
- Understanding of data security and governance principles within cloud data warehouses.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
