Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves exploring and identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the business by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This role requires capturing overarching requirements and shaping effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect plays a crucial part in bridging business needs with technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports transformational efforts by preparing compelling business cases and steering the execution of significant initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of business architecture artifacts to stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on business architecture practices.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance business architecture approaches.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Capability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to drive business transformation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
