As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical strategies with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Strong knowledge of configuration management and integration techniques within packaged or software as a service environments.
- Experience in managing release cycles and deployment processes to maintain system reliability.
- Ability to define and enforce platform standards that ensure performance and compliance with vendor constraints.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse technical and business stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
